This notice covers the business website and introductory appointment booking operated by JMAYE Business Solutions, LLC, under the 5 Peace Money Goals name. It does not cover the separate 5 Peace financial app or participant records.
Information you provide
Booking asks for your name, email address, meeting type and appointment time. Phone appointments also require a callback number. Organization and discussion topic are optional. We use these details to arrange your conversation, provide meeting instructions, send appointment communications and respond to you. Please do not include financial account numbers, balances, health information or other sensitive personal information.
Hosting, cookies and request information
Render hosts this website and its booking service. Porkbun provides the domain registration and DNS service. Website requests pass through infrastructure providers, which may process IP addresses, browser information and technical request logs to deliver and protect the service. The application does not deliberately log booking form contents, authorization codes or private management links.
We do not use advertising cookies or website analytics scripts. Essential booking-session cookies normally expire after one hour. Owner connection setup uses a separate essential session cookie. Your browser may retain its own history and cache.
Calendar and email
Google Calendar processes appointment details, invitations, changes and cancellations. Google Meet provides video meeting links. The service checks availability against Julie’s dedicated business booking calendar; personal calendar events do not block appointments. This website does not connect to a visitor’s Google account or read a visitor’s calendar or inbox.
Julie authorizes access to app-created business calendars and a separate Gmail send-only permission. The application does not request permission to read her inbox, drafts or contacts. Invitations and updates are delivered through Google Calendar. New-appointment notices go to Julie’s business email. When reminders are enabled, a reminder is scheduled approximately 24 hours before the appointment. Delivery depends on service and email availability; it is not guaranteed.
Information obtained through Google APIs is used only for these booking and communication functions. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell that information or use it for advertising, unrelated profiling or training generalized artificial intelligence models.
Storage, access and retention
Booking records, communication status and saved Google authorizations are encrypted on the server’s persistent storage, outside the public website files. The encryption key is held separately in the hosting environment. Julie and authorized service maintenance personnel may access records when needed to operate, support or secure bookings. Infrastructure and email providers also process information as part of delivering their services.
Appointment records are currently retained until Julie removes them; automatic deletion is not configured. Google Calendar and sent email may retain copies separately. Contact Julie to request access, correction or deletion of your booking information. We will review your request and explain any information that must be retained for an existing obligation. Records in a recipient’s inbox or calendar may remain under that recipient’s control.
Your appointment link
A private management link can let its holder view, reschedule or cancel that appointment. Keep it private and do not post it publicly. Contact Julie if you believe it has been shared unintentionally.
Separate from personal finances
This website does not read financial-app accounts, bank accounts or participant financial records. App illustrations on the business website show fictional examples.
